    Do I need an appointment?
    Yes. We work by appointment to give every client our full attention. Same-day appointments are often available — call (215) 526-4948 or use the form above.
    How long should I expect the visit to take?
    Authentication and battery service are typically same-day. Service consultations run twenty to thirty minutes. Sale and trade evaluations vary by complexity. We’ll set expectations when we confirm your appointment.
    What should I bring?
    The watch, any original boxes or papers if you have them, and identification. If you’re selling or trading, the more provenance you can share, the more accurate our valuation.
    Do you authenticate before I commit to buying?
    Yes — and we encourage it. We’ll authenticate any timepiece before purchase, in front of you, in roughly fifteen minutes.
    Which brands do you service?
    Rolex, Breitling, Omega, Patek Philippe, IWC, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Tag Heuer, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Montblanc, Longines, Chopard, and most luxury Swiss timepieces. Brand not listed? Ask — we likely can.
