Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted.

Returns

Returns are very rare, but we’re required to have a policy. We hate restocking fees just as much as you do — please look closely at every posted picture and ask any questions before purchase. Let’s get the order right the first time.

Same-day return — 100% refund, sale voided.

24-Hour Return Policy

After the day of purchase, restocking fees apply based on payment method:

  • Wire, Venmo, Zelle — 3% fee plus shipping costs.
  • Credit card or PayPal — 5% restocking fee plus any shipping fees.

Condition

Leather Straps

If a leather strap shows any sign of wear, no return will be accepted.

New & Unworn Watches

There is no return policy if any sign of wear is detected. This includes links removed, leather strap worn or sized, engraving, or any other modification.

Watch Parts

If your part does not fit or work, it can be returned within 7 days.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not refundable. If a watch was sold with free shipping and is returned, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Warranty

Most watches come with a 1-year warranty covering timing only — abuse is not covered. New or never-worn watches will most likely be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Wholesale purchases: no warranties are offered. Extended warranties can be purchased upon request.
